Mr. Sudip Chakma – Founder & President

Mr. Sudip Chakma is a passionate educator, social worker, and visionary leader dedicated to serving marginalized communities. With years of grassroots experience, he has worked tirelessly to provide quality education, holistic development, and humanitarian support to children and families in remote areas of Mizoram.

Prior to founding Global Compassion Foundation in 2025, Mr. Sudip spent over 13 years establishing Mahabodhi Residential School (MBRS), raising funds from local and international supporters, and overseeing the construction of classrooms, hostels, dining halls, and temples. Despite facing immense challenges and systemic obstacles, his commitment to transparency, ethical service, and compassionate action remained unwavering.

Through GCF, Mr. Sudip continues his mission to create inclusive, value-based educational institutions, improve access to healthcare, and empower vulnerable communities with dignity and hope.

Our Team

Global Compassion Foundation is supported by a dedicated team of educators, social workers, and volunteers who share the vision of building a just, compassionate, and inclusive society. Each member brings expertise, commitment, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities.
