Even though our flagship school, Global Compassion Academy, is yet to open, there are several exciting opportunities for interns and professionals to contribute to our mission of empowering marginalized Chakma children and strengthening community development in Mizoram.

Opportunities Available

1. Education & Curriculum Support

• Assist in designing lesson plans, educational materials, and value-based learning programs

• Develop creative activity modules, workshops, and early learning resources

2. Community Development & Outreach

• Support awareness campaigns for health, sanitation, environment, and well-being

• Conduct community surveys, data collection, and reporting

3. Fundraising & Communications

• Help with donor engagement, social media outreach, and campaign development

• Assist in creating newsletters, reports, and storytelling content

4. Administration & Operations

• Aid in NGO registration processes, documentation, and compliance tasks

• Support day-to-day operations and organizational planning

5. Digital & Creative Roles

• Manage website content, graphic design, and multimedia presentations

• Help document initiatives through photography and videography
